non so bene dove mettere questo post, mi sembra questo il thread più affine (uno su libri di ciclisti o sul ciclismo non sono riuscito a trovarlo).
comunque per dire che è uscita l'autobiografia di sean Kelly, non per niente intitolata hunger.
su cyclingnews c'è questo estratto sulla vuelta vinta nel 1988, molto schietto e dunque interessante. immagino come possano essere i resoconti e gli aneddoti delle classiche del nord...

The Vuelta started on Tenerife, which is a rugged, mountainous island. We almost lost the race before we flew back to the mainland. The first stage was unusual. The organisers split the bunch into groups of 36, with two men from each team per group. Each group then did a separate road race over a 17-kilometre circuit, with the winner of the fastest heat declared the winner of the stage.
